Systematic Evaluation Of Functional Dyspepsia Treated By Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined With Antidepressants

Purpose : To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antidepressants in treatment of functional dyspepsia randomized controlled trials,and evaluation of TCM antidepressant in the treatment of functional dyspepsia curative effect, adverse reaction, recurrence rate,etc.Material and method:Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial(RCT)scale.Screeningof qualified researchextraction efficiency,adverse reactions and other information,data statistical analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software.Results:1.In meta-analysis included 41 references,into literature samples total 3871 cases, including experimental group 1981 cases, control group 1890 examples,quality general into literature. 2.result of meta-analysis.(1)Clinical efficient:TCM antidepressant in the treatment of functional dyspepsia relatively pure traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and conventional western medicine,pure anti-depressant treatment are effective,OR:3.45(95%CI:2.50,4.77),4.25(95%CI:3.16,5.71),4.15(95%CI:2.97,5.81),P <0.01.(2)adverse reaction:Compared to pure Chinese medicine combined antidepressants used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), simple application of antidepressants has no obvious advantage in security,P>0.05,OR : 1.16( 95%CI : 0.47, 2.85),0.45( 95%CI : 0.13,1.57).Compared to conventional western medicine treatment has high heterogeneity in literature is not META analysis, only for qualitative analysis.(3)recurrence rate:Compared to simple application of traditional Chinese medicine of TCM antidepressants recurrence rate is low,P<0.05,OR:0.25(95%CI:0.09,0.67),Compared to pure application of antidepressants has no obvious advantage in the recurrence rate,P>0.05,OR:0.32(95%CI:0.0.9,1.09).(4)TCM symptom score:Compared to pure Chinese medicine combined antidepressants to improve TCM symptoms integral application of Chinese traditional medicine group,P<0.05,Statistically meaningful,MD:-1.97(95%CI-2.44,-1.50),Compared to pure application of antidepressants due to high heterogeneity in literature,qualitative analysis found that combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can reduce the symptoms integral.(5)HAMA,HAMD:Only Chinese medicine joint pit antidepressant compared to pure Chinese medicine group describes the HAMA and HAMD scores.Incorporated into the literature heterogeneity test, respectively,P<0.01 I2 : 90% 、 P<0.01 I2 : 95%,because of its high heterogeneity, only for qualitative analysis,analysis found that combined use of antidepressants can reduce HAMA and HAMD scores.Conclusion:1.TCM antidepressant in the treatment of functional dyspepsia curative effect is superior to the simple application of traditional Chinese medicine, antidepressants and traditional western medicine,play a positive role in the process of treatment of functional dyspepsia;But adverse reaction,recurrence rate, etc should be more specific clinical trials. 2.Liver spleen method curative effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,wide application, the treatment in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine for the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia. 3.In terms of antidepressants in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, literature research shows her force new good curative effect, can improve the symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia, less adverse reaction.
