Comparison Of Tongue Microcirculation With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Diabetes Complicated With Different Complications

Purpose:Application of laser speckle imaging observation pure in patients with type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis kidney disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy and other complication in patients with tongue microcirculation, and to discuss microcirculation in diabetes and its complication, and affect the related risk factors for diabetes in microcirculation. And from the perspective of blood stasis pathogenesis to study its role in diabetes and its complication and provide the ovetical basis for the intervention therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:In April 2014 to July 2014 in liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital endocrinology of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in hospital.Generral data acquisition in detail, to measure the patients height and weight, calculating body mass index,waist circumference, collect patients admitted to hospital, physical and chemical test results.Then apply MOOR FLPI2 real-time blood flow to zoom laser speckle imaging system,selection of subjects to the tip of the tongue, your tongue and the tongue of left and right sides of the four location record its tongue body blood flow and blood flow were measured area.Use spss17.0 software package to statistical analysis to explore the simple type 2diabetes patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and complication in patients with different tongue microcirculation and the similarities and differences as well as the related factors with tongue like microcirculation in patients with type 2 diabetes.Results:1.With two and three kinds of complication in patients with tongue body are lower than the average blood flow in the pure body average blood flow in patients with type 2 diabetes tongue(P<0.05). Mean blood flow area(P<0.05) of 1 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 2 complication group was smaller than that in patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus and 3 patients with complication.2.Combination of peripheral neuropathy and/or hardening of the arteries in group of patients with blood flow on average is below the tongue body pure body average blood flow in patients flow on average is below the tongue body pure body average blood flow in patients with type 2 diabetes tongue(P<0.05),the combination of peripheral neuropathy and(or) in patients with atherosclerosis way of tongue body flow to the average area is less than the pure tongue body average blood flow in patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).3.Patients with average blood flow and uric acid in patients with tongue body, waist circumference, C peptide(hollow), C peptide(2 h after meals) has a negative linear correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Diabetes tongue microcirculation and increase after the merger related complication, and with more complication kinds severity increased. Peripheral neuropathy, atherosclerosis, as the main complication in patients with type 2 diabetes microcirculation.
