| Purpose:Through comparative study, to observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Maziren Decoction in treating mixed hemorrhoids postoperative constipation.Material and method:60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected, and were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases), treatment group taking Modified Maziren Decoction,and control group taking lactulose. Observe the consequent of defecation time, fecal property, defecation force, endless of defecate, defecation pain, anal rectal obstruction and abdominal distention. Using the statistical software SPSS17.0 to analyze the symptom score.Results:1.There were no significant differences in cases, age, gender, illness with the control group(P>0 05).2.After 7 days treatment, there was no significant difference(P>0 05)in defecation time, fecal property, defecation force and endless of defecate. The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05)in defecation pain, anal rectal obstruction and abdominal distention between the two groups, and the effect of treatment group was better than control group.3.The total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Two groups of hospitalization time was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The total effect of Modified Maziren Decoction group was better than lactulose group.2.Modified Maziren Decoction can relieve defecation pain,anal rectal obstruction and abdominal distention.which is worthy of further being promoted for applications.3.Modified Maziren Decoction can effectively prevent mixed hemorrhoid constipation as well as lactulose. |
