Purpose:After the treatment of replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm was used for CAD stable angina pectoris with spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome,investigating the levels of mi R-126 and inflammatory factors,to reveal the inflammatory reaction mechanism of replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm for CAD stable angina pectoris.Material and method:1. Subjects:The clinical trial design was carried out by using multi center, blind method, and randomized and parallel control group. The treatment of replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm, combining with conventional western medicine were used for CAD stable angina pectoris with spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome.2. Grouping method:First recruit subjects according to the selection criteria, and then divided the 160 subjects into test and control group at a proportion of 1:1 by the SPSS16.0 statistics software. Each group has 80 cases, and recruit 20 cases of normal people.3. Interventions:Subjects in test groups were given TCM granule which replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm(including Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus mongholicus, Atractyiodes macrocephala, Rhizoma Pinelliae, etc),combining conventional western medicine;control groups were given placebo TCM granules(10% of the constituents of the test groups), combining conventional western medicine. The course of treatment is 12 weeks.4. Observation method: general situation,mi RA-126, Seattle angina questionnaire,inflammatory indexes. In addition to the general information, week0,week4 and week 12 are taken as the information collection points.5. Statistical methods: data based resume, application of SPSS for windows 16.0 collation and analysis of data. The measurement data were(-x±s), and p<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:The PPS data set was selected, and the finally finished cases are 75 in the test group and 70 in the control group.1.Before drug treatment, the experimental group and the control group of mi R-126 content was significantly lower than normal group, differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and experimental group and the control group had no difference(P > 0.05); drug intervention,experimental group and control group of mi R-126 content despite the increase, but did not reach normal group were highly, with those of the normal group than the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), and experimental group than control group, the content is slightly higher, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.In the test group, hs-CRP, MCP-1, VCAM-1 after the three indicators ofinflammation decreased significantly, compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05), SR-A has a downward trend, SR-B has increased trend. There was no significant change in the inflammatory factors after administration in the control group(P >0.05).3.Before administration, the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in peripheral blood of mi R-126 and adhesion molecules VCAM-1 was negatively correlated(R=0.694, P = 0.000),mi R-126 and other inflammatory factors no linear correlation; after the administration of mi R-126 and inflammatory factor has no linear correlation.Conclusion:1.The content of mi R-126 in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease was lower than that in normal subjects,the content of inflammatory factors in serum was decreased after taking medicine.2.Mi R-126 is negatively correlated with VCAM-1,mi R-126 can be used as a biological marker for the severity of coronary heart disease.3. The treatment of replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm was used for CAD stable angina pectoris with spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome is effective,can increase the level of mi R-126 in peripheral blood,and reduce the content of inflammatory factors in serum.
