Research On CT Equipment Selection Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the deepening of medical system reformation, in order to better adaptation to the needed of social and industry development, medical units at all levels were reform accordingly. The changeover from "to cover hospital expenses with medicine revenue" to" medical industry nine are not allowed", just for better defend the benefit of great masses.Under the background of new medical system reform, hospitals of various levels in order to maintain high standards of medical services, have been increasing investment in medical equipment annually, in particularly the large medical equipment, such as CT and MRI.These kinds of equipment is not only essential diagnostic equipment for disease diagnosis, but also is the main economic sources of maintaining the normal operation of the hospital.Therefore the choice of the medical equipments is very important for the survival and development of the hospital.The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, purpose, significance and main research contents of this paper. The second chapter is the main method and theoretical basis of equipment selection. In the third chapter, the CT equipment is introduced in detail. The fourth chapter is the focus of the thesis, namely to establish the index system and decision model. The fifth chapter is the application of the model in the selection of the CT, which is the equipment department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The rationality of the selection of the CT equipment is essential,which is determines the medical, scientific research level and medical cost of hospital. In this paper is aimed at the complexity and diversity of affecting factors during the selection of the CT equipment, a systematic study of the CT selection problem is carried out. Set up the influence factors set,which will influence the CT equipment selection, and use Delphi Method to optimize the influencing factors, then to identify critical factors, and according to the key factors to establishment the index system of CT equipment selection. On this basis, with analytic hierarchy process to construct the hierarchical structure, to comparison matrix pairwise,to calculate index weight, and building the decision matrix. Finally, the model was applied to CT equipment selection examples of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, through verification, it is proved that the feasibility and practicality of the selection model.
