| As the development of information and communication technology, the needs of society and the support of national policy, e-health emerged. E-health is an umbrella term used to describe the use of information and communication technology in health, which includes broad health services delivered by internet and related technologies, such as electronic health record, online health information, telemedicine and so on. The rapid development of cloud computing, the internet of things, mobile internet, big data and other information technologies pave way for the further development of e-health, which will promote the transformation of health service model profoundly.While e-health brings many benefits, it also raises important ethical issues. This thesis focused on ethical issues of quality and safety, privacy protection and distribution justice, and then put up with some policy recommendations based on national laws and regulations. |
