Halenia elliptica is annual or biennial herbs, it’s belongs to the family of Gentianaceae, and mainly distributed in Tibet, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Qinghai,Gansu, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Shanxi in our country. In Tibetan medicine, Halenia elliptica is a medicine used for hepatitis, but it less use in traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, use Silica gel CC to separate the chloroform part of the elliptic leaf flower, and 12 compounds were obtained by using nuclear magnetic resonance technique. And through the in vitro inhibition test, the active components of effective antibacterial activity of the chloroform part of the oval leaf flower were screened out.By column chromatography, thin layer chromatography and recrystallization method of chloroform from Halenia elliptical leaves separated 12 components through the identification of NMR technology:1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5-tetramethoxyanthone(Ⅰ),1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyanthone(Ⅱ),1-hydroxy-2,3,5,7-TetrameThoxyanthone(Ⅲ),1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyanthone(Ⅳ),1,5-dihydroxy-2,3,4-TrimeThoxyanthone( Ⅴ),8-hydroxy-2-methylchromone( Ⅵ),oleanolc acid( Ⅶ),azelaic acid(Ⅷ),luteolin(Ⅺ),apigenin(Ⅻ),1-O-[β-D-dglucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-Dglucopyranosyl]-8-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyanthone(Ⅸ),7-O-[β-D-RhamnopyRanosyl-(1-2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyanthone(Ⅹ).The Ⅱ is first.The antibacterial experiment shows: compound I, compound II, compound III,compound IV, compound V, compound VII and compound XI has obvious antibacterial activity; compound VI, compound VIII, compound IX, compound X and compounds XII antibacterial activity is not obvious or no antibacterial effect.Compound IV 1- hydroxy-2,3,5- sanchia oxygen radical ketone compounds VII oleanolic acid quality ratio is a ratio of two is the best antibacterial activity ratio and minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Staphylococcus aureus was 10.00 μg/mL, minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Escherichia coli for 50.00 g / ml,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 12.50 g / ml, minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Streptococcus faecalis was 16.67 g / ml.
