Objective To investigate the general condition, clinical manifestation and treatment of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia in children, and to improve level of diagnosis and treatment of it.Methods The clinical data of the 281 hospitalized patients was collected from March 2009 to December 2015 in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. A retrospective study was performed according to medical history of patients, inducing factor, clinical manifestation and treatment. Results The 281 patients examined by electrocardiogram(ECG), 58 cases were diagnosed as Wolf-Parkinson-White(WPW) and 5 cases as atrial tachycardia. Then 74 of 281 patients were received Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation(RFCA),31 cases were diagnosed of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT)and 43 were artrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT)after RFCA. The main clinical manifestation in the infants and young children is heart failure, while palpitations and chest distress mainly appeared in older children. About 72.97% of the patients with PSVT were converted into sinus rhythm after treated with ATP, 77.93% of the patients were converted into sinus rhythm after treated with propafenone, and 66.67% the patients were converted into sinus rhythm after treated with cedilanid. The success ratio was 94.59%, the incidence of complication after RCFA was 2.7%, and the recurrence rate was 9.46%.Conclusion It is common of nonspecial characteristics in clinical manifestation for children with PSVT. Monitoring for the heart rate and ECG feature with PSVT had valuable to diagnosis early. It is important to select suitable drugs of anti-arrhythmia for successfully recovery sinus rhythm。Radiofrequency ablation is currently recognized as safety and effective cure method. Objective To analyze the recurrence of supraventricular Tachycardia(SVT) in children after Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation(RFCA),and to analysis recurrence-relative factors. Methods 135 cases with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT)and artrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT)after RFCA were followed up, their electrophysiologic data, ablation parameters and ablation endpoint were summarized, the factors of recurrence was analyzed retrospectively. Results 11 of the 135 cases had recurrence(8.15%).There are 62 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) and 73 causes of artrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT).The recurrence rate was 6.45%(4 cases)in patients with AVNRT, and 2 of the 4 recurrent causes with slow pathway remnant, 9.59%(7 cases) in patients with AVRT. 5 cases with right accessory pathway(AP), and 2 cases with left AP.Conclusion Slow pathway remnant is the key factors of AVNRT recurrence after RFCA. Incompletely blocking may lead to recurrence of AVRT after RFCA.
