Ming and Qing Dynasties, is an important period of friendship and culturalexchanges between China and foreign, through mutual exchanges, introduced fromoverseas to China many foreign musical instruments, the dulcimer is also introducedin the Ming and Qing dynasties in China. As a foreign instrument, the dulcimer inorder to adapt to the development of Chinese music, the flow of innovation, and theninto the music system: from the accompaniment of Chinese folk art, to an importantposition in the local music, to the Chinese dulcimer performers, innovative use of thedulcimer as we know it now, has become a Chinese musical instrument.In this paper, clearing and excavation on the basis of the literature of the QingDynasty period YangQin, especially combined with a large number of folkinstrumental integration, extensive finishing dulcimer literature and dulcimer into theprocess of the Chinese local music. We also use the spread and acceptance oftheoretical concepts, combing the dulcimer in the incoming track the development ofthe Qing Dynasty period dulcimer. Three particular aspects of this research:1. Cleardulcimer pass the time in China, the study included the dulcimer as a foreign musicalinstruments and dulcimer incoming time research;2. Comb dulcimer in thepropagation of the Qing Dynasty, from the shape of the Qing Dynasty dulcimer, anddissemination of records in the Qing Dynasty ancient reflect dulcimer to study;3.From the place of music, folk music activities, three aspects of folk music community,in-depth study dulcimer folk of the integration and development.Qing Dynasty is the dulcimer China, the major period of development, to explainthe spread of this instrument in the dulcimer in the Qing Dynasty and reflect thesignificance and effect of the dulcimer origin and development, to increaseunderstanding of the value of dulcimer history of the development in China.
