Research On The Mode Of Cultivating Talents Of Vocational Education

As traditional crafts are going popular in home and abroad markets, the transmission and development of traditional craft are becoming more and more popular in academic fields and Industry fields. People know the importance of the transmission of traditional craft. Interrelated talents training mode in vocational education should be paid attention to.This article focuses on three vocational schools in Yixing, analyzing talents training mode of traditional craft. Based on Life education theory, Rationality theory and the human general development theory, pointing at these three schools’interrelated majors, it states the development of traditional craft on training objectives, curriculum, Teaching Method and teaching effects. It also states problems in these areas and their reasons. In order to improve the development of talents training mode of traditional craft, this article points out a new talents training mode:Group training of masters and apprentices,which concluded by existing talents training modes. With several concrete measures:improve students’cognition of transmission of traditional craft, adjust curriculum, bring in "Mentoring", strengthen cooperation with enterprises.
