Mongolia and China has been at close relationship, not only in political, economic, cultural, but also in other areas. Especially in recent years, frequency of bilateral exchanges in the mining, natural resources and other aspects has increasing. So all the relevant sectors of Mongolia need personnel that not only have knowledge of Chinese language, but also can speak Chinese. With the increase of this requirement, number of Chinese learners in Mongolia also increasing. But Mongolian students’Chinese level were generally low, and the study of Chinese vocabulary has rarely conducted, which resulted in many problems in studying Chinese vocabulary.Chinese and Mongolian languages belong to different types. Differences between the two languages is very large. When learning Chinese, Mongolian students are often consciously or unconsciously using their mother language to understand and using Chinese language. When they learn a new Chinese vocabulary, they naturally think a word in Mongolian that correspond with what they learn, and then they would think these two words have same meaning, resulting in wrong usage of the word.This research is based on the local community of Chinese learners in Mongolia, using corpus, semantic, lexical, syntactic lexical as basis to inspect, analyze and summarize the type and characteristic of lexical errors, analyze the cause of these errors and summarize teaching strategies. We hope that this research will help Chinese teachers to better understand and analyze Mongolian students’ difficulty in acquisition of Chinese verbs, to provide a reference for teaching Mongolian students Chinese vocabulary in a comparative study.This research consist four parts:1. Focused on analyzing Mongolian university students’errors that generated in the process of learning Chinese verbs. 2. Inspect and analyze Mongolian students’studying Chinese verb issues, from these issues summarized types of wrong Chinese verbs usage.3. These summarized types of wrong Chinese verbs usage become the basis for analyzing the causes of errors and how it generated.From analyzing Mongolian student difficulty in learning Chinese verbs, we suggesting some teaching strategies and solutions.
