Since1982Kabat-Zinn founded Mindfulness decompression therapy Kabbah, there have been a lot of studies have shown that in the practical and theoretical aspects of mindfulness can reduce pain in patients with chronic pain. However, for "Why effective " this mechanism, is still a lack of research. In addition, with the development of the theory of pain, researchers have, in theory, will experience pain and pain response to distinguish, but little empirical research in the past to distinguish between the two, and the lack of experience of pain in a study in the three areas, that disaster cognition, pain-related anxiety, avoidance behavior, and pain experienced two aspects, namely the feeling dimension of pain, suffering emotional dimension to conduct a comprehensive inspection. This study aimed to investigate the effects of mindfulness on pain experience and pain response, and preliminary exploration of the potential role of mindfulness intervention mechanisms of pain. The research Methods that, campus lectures by two semesters of52people completed the experimental design of randomized controlled, subjects filled mindfulness Five Factor Inventory (FFMQ) questionnaire and simplified poms Scale (POMS-SF), and then ice cold in fixed time experiments, reported pain elimination of desire, as well as the degree of pain and heart pain, and finally, fill coping strategies questionnaire (CSQ), after the completion of the experimental group, the group participated in an8-week mindfulness mindfulness training, the control group did not intervene. The results showed that Mindfulness does not judge, does not react dimensions and disaster cognition, anxiety was significantly negatively correlated with pain experience negative correlation trend but not significantly; eight-week mindfulness intervention significantly reduced the disaster of the participants cognition, and pain-related anxiety, and pain reduction was not significant experience; disaster cognition, pain-related anxiety and avoidance behavior of inner pain participants were significant predictors. The study concludes Compared to experience pain, mindfulness, acceptance, especially the relationship between the elements and the pain response more closely; compared to the pain experience, mindfulness intervention on pain response is more obvious; pain by participants in a series of reaction, you can better determine the extent of their inner pain. In summary, the direct impact mindful more obvious pain reactions, which may mean pain mechanisms mindful intervention pain by changing the mode of the reaction thereby reducing the pain experienced players, particularly inner pain experience.
