With the development of minority areas such as economic, cultural and education and so on, many factors that make frequent population movements, the communication between different ethnic groups is also increasing, ethnic minority university students are members a large group, which live in a relatively concentrated place. During the process of cooperating with the mainstream society, they are easily influenced in aspects of psychology and behavior by another group, and then a complex succession of changes take place. In order to disclose the futures of perceived out-group attitudes, ethnic identity and acculturation among ethnic minority university students, the study chooses Redacted Perceived Out-group Attitudes Scale, Ethnic Identity Scale, Acculturation Questionnaire as research tools. The study selects ethnic minority university students from Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guangxi as research samples and669questionnaires available were received.The study one explored the features of perceived out-group attitudes, ethnic identity and acculturation among ethnic minority university students. The result showed:(1)Ethnic minority university students score significantly higher on positive attitude dimension of perceived out-group attitudes than that on negative attitude dimension. And they score relatively high on both ethnic identity and acculturation.(2)Ethnic minority university students scores significantly different on population variables, such as gender, grade, ethnic enclaves or not, among perceived out-group attitudes, ethnic identity and acculturation.(3) Men students are better than women students on positive dimension of perceived out-group attitudes, and each dimension of ethnic identity and acculturation. Sophomores are best on perceived out-group attitudes, ethnic identity and acculturation. Ethnic minority university students from ethnic enclaves are better than others on positive dimension of perceived out-group attitudes and ethnic identity.The study two explored the relations between the perceived out-group attitudes, ethnic identity and acculturation among ethnic minority university students, and analysed the impact of perceived out-group attitudes to ethnic identity, acculturation. The result showed:(1)The positive dimension of perceived out-group attitudes can predict ethnic identity positively, the negative dimension of perceived out-group attitudes can predict ethnic identity negatively.(2) The positive dimension of perceived out-group attitudes can predict acculturation level of integration and assimilation, the negative dimension of perceived out-group attitudes can predict acculturation level of separation negatively.(3)The ethnic identity can predict acculturation positively.(4)And ethnic identity has a partially intermediary effect between positive dimension of perceived out-group attitudes and acculturation.On the basis of the above researches, the major conclusion are made as follow:(1)The out-group attitudes has a significant impact on ethnic identity and acculturation.Therefore, in practice, outgroup attitudes as an intermediary can improve ethnic relations.(2)There was not inevitable conflicts between ethnic identity and acculturation.(3)In the practice of National unity education, we should educate both minority and majority group.
