Adolescence is an individual from childhood to young over the Period. It is the period from high grades in primary schools to colleges, which usually starts from11years old and ends at17years old. Most part of adolescence is in the stage of middle school, which is a complicated and unstable period. During the growth process, crises exist in different stages, so that they form the unavoidability of psychological crises. Adolescent middle school students are faced with many negative factors when they are experiencing great mental and physical changes, so it is easy for these negative factors to from different psychological crisis, including developmental crisis, situational crisis and existential crisis. Although psychological crisis is a kind of psychological distress caused by difficult situations, it is also a kind of opportunity. Based on the survey on daily events which cause the development of psychological crisis and statistics processed by SPSS, this study analyzes the events which may cause middle school students’ developing psychological crisis from four aspects: environment, interpersonal relationship, psychological status during adolescence, and academic pressure. Through the analysis, this study summarizes the impacts and differences of these four aspects, and gives suggestions on the school education of preventing teenager developing psychological crisis, in order to let every student pass through adolescence well, gain self-identification, and lay the foundation for the wholesome personality and healthy mentality.
