After years of excavations in the upstream region of Jinghe River,Archaeologists get a lot of archaeological materials. Among them, the most abundant cultural relics of the Surnamed Ji Zhou Dynasty.a series of discoveries showed that This place have close relationship with the origin of the Zhou Dynasty. According to "Shih Chi-Zhou Benji",Bu Ku,the ancestor of zhou,Has been moved to "Rong Di" place to live,Which is now Qingyang Region in upstream of Jinghe River.When Gu Gong Dan Fu later migrated to Qishan,The upstream of Jinghe River have become the most important barrier in the northwest side of the Zhou Dynasty.Therefore, research the activity of Zhou people in the upstream areas of Jinghe River,Has important significance for the history of Prior to the Western Zhou Dynasty and the Western Zhou Dynasty.In this paper,in the basis of Systematic collection Informtion of Zhou cultural in the upstream areas of Jinghe River,and with the analyse of typology stage-division,has Built up the Sequence of Zhou cultural development in Upstream of the Jinghe River.Have a simple discussion on several aspects as the development of Zhou people in this region,the relationships about zhou culture with the other cultures around,and the status and influence of the upstream areas of Jinghe River.The article is divided into five parts:Chapter one,the introduction.It shows the geographic environment and the historical evolution of the upstream areas of Jinghe River,determine the objects and significance of the research.To do a simple description of Zhou cultural discovery and Research Status.Chapter two,Typology analysis of Zhou cultural artifacts in Upstream of the Jinghe River.This article have a typology analysis of earthenware, Bronzes and jade object which collected that belongs to Zhou cultural,on this basis to explore the regular pattern of various types of artifacts.Chapter three,the stage and age of Zhou people’s Tombs.According to the staging studies of funerary objects,This article has divided the tombs of Zhou people into Four,that before the Western Zhou Dynasty, Early Western Zhou Dynasty,Mid-Western Zhou Dynasty,and The late Western Zhou Dynasty.And summarized the characteristics of the various periods of the Zhou Dynasty tombs.Chapter four,the relationship between culture of Zhou and other cultures in the upstream areas of Jinghe River.Have a characteristic analysis in artifacts characteristics, age, property and other aspects of Nianzipo culture,Siwa culture,Yin yimin culture which coexisted with Zhou culture in the upstream areas of Jinghe River.
