Group psychology is an inevitable social psychological phenomena. A conductor should make use of the positive aspect of group psychology, and evade its negative aspect, which can positively intervene chorus members. A conductor should have a clear awareness of the effect of suggestion psychology, and use appropriate teaching language and body language. The emphasis of establishing the position of choral conducting as well as teaching students in the class represents the traditional Chinese teaching spirit---"teaching benefits teachers as well as students". Choral conductors and members interact with each other follow the spirit of equality, democracy, respect, which is also the social psychology represented in interactive classes. The difficulty of this dissertation is due to the insufficient theory, so this dissertation suggests some unmatured idea and teaching methods.
