China’s rapidly growing higher education produces a large number of technology professionals. However, the academic integrity is often in challenge. Improving the academic integrity of science and engineer postgraduates is an essential move for China to enhance integrity in technological development.The thesis aims to guide science and engineer postgraduates to make right value choices. The thesis states that science and engineer postgraduates can only create world-leading technologies by pursuing academic integrity. The thesis also explains that science and engineer postgraduates must value intellectual property in their innovation of technologies and products. The thesis shows that academic integrity reflects science and engineer postgraduates’ sense of duty for the world.Science and engineer postgraduates are the core force in China’s technological development. The academic integrity issues of science and engineer postgraduates would hinder technological progress. The thesis, drawing ideas from the morality and value of the philosophy and science and technology, explains the features, patterns and harms of the academic integrity issues that science and engineer postgraduates have. The thesis also shows what causes the academic integrity issues and how to address them.
