Peter Paul Rubens is an outstanding representative artist of the Flemish Baroqueart. He is not only the greatest painter in Flanders, but also is an artist whose artisticachievements can be representative of the whole painting level of Europe in theseventeenth Century. His works contains religion,mythology, portrait, landscape art inthe world, showing a momentum of the hung article ebullience. He was also a prolificartist, his studio contributed up to3000painting art works to the treasure of human art,which is shocking. This thesis is based mainly on his paintings, combined with hisartistic experience for expansion, with the analysis of his artistic language, and thendiscusses its "artistic inspiration innovation" in succession, finally writes the affect ofhis creation on the future art world.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter, the epoch background and the art course at Rubens from thebeginning, the first section, the Baroque art thoughts mainly described seventeenthCentury Flanders, discusses the artistic style of Lubensi causes from the timesbackground. The emergence of his revived Flemish painting, making it back to life,and the Baroque art to a higher level. The second section, the development process ofRubens’s art is a path of life and art style of parallel roads, this part is the developmentcourse of his art to writing, describes in his hometown to accept the enlightenmentand experience of painting and later to Italy to study, to go back to hometownexperience and so on, which, at Italy this experience was particularly valuable, as helater formed a unique painting language to do the groundwork.The second chapter is the focus of this chapter, mainly in his paintings as thefoundation, from the four aspects carries on the analysis, this paper discusses in detailhis full and dynamic composition, plump and vigorous style, which is gorgeous andwarm color and brushwork chic subtle his unique charm of the language of art so, wecan more deeply understand Rubens the magnificent, dynamic passionate art world,then the nutrients we need to learn from the system, for study and reference. The greatartist painting expressive and emotional publicity picture to the extreme, make him rich in the vigor and vitality of the screen showing a excite people’s mind effect.The third chapter, discusses Rubens ’s painting art on later art creation inspiration,wherein the first day he wrote artistic inspiration of "innovation" in succession, theFlemish artist is an absorbing man, more praiseworthy for one’s excellent conduct is,he did not copy someone else’s art, but in the learn the skills together in a body, on thebasis of predecessors, their own innovation, formed its own unique style, and he thisto the senior painters work attitude of reverence, for painting that continuousexploring spirit are worth our reference and study today. He also created a real senseof known as the first full European style of painting. In the second section, wrote hisinfluence on later artists.
