Liang qichao (born in1873in guangdong new will county) words zhuoru, such asthe number of male, and icehouse master, is our country modern famous statesman,thinker and educator. In China’s modern history, he have outstanding contribution atpolitics, thoughts, culture, education, and many other fields, and he is also ourcountry modern literature education important to the characters in the transitionperiod.Although Liang qichao was known as a politician in Chinese modern history,we cannot ignore his influence on literary education. Liang qichao’s views on literaryeducation were profound, especially the understanding of literature itself and shapingstudents’ personality in his later period. Therefore, it is significant to research Liangqichao’s literary thoughts and reflect on the history of literary education’s earlymodernization today.In this paper on the basis of large volumes of data, I extract and summarize theLiang qichao’s thoughts on literary education.Then according to the gradientideological line, I research the Liang qichao’s attention to the literature itself in orderto provide some reference for me.Liang qichao’s education practice has assignable influence upon the formationand development of his literary education thoughts. Therefore, in the first part of thispaper, I will briefly elaborate his education practice,mainly has attacked the imperial,school education practice and to develop "xinmin" three aspectsand and then researchhis thoughts on literary education from three stages. The second part is mainly aboutthe literary education thoughts aiming at political purposes, and I will research how hewent from pure political purpose of saving the nation by literature to the literatureitself. Liang qichao in an era of abound change, this is a from the old democracy toacross the important historical period of new democracy, the country and the nation isfacing decline, the decline of the situation, the feudal imperial examination is indecline stage, in the process he took on saving the nation. This stage of his literarythought and political connections.The third part mainly studies academic attention toliterature itself after Liang quit politics, and the study mainly focuses onthe emotional and flavor feature of literature, and the learning method of the literature.In this stage, liang qichao realized that the characteristics of literature itself, no longerblindly persistent literature and political relations.The four part is mainly aboutenlightenment I got from Liang qichao’s literary education thoughts,main package liveliterary salvation, independent reading ability,cultivate emotion,literature learningactivities, reading and writing five aspects.His literary ideas for saving while ignorethe value of literature itself, but also to a certain extent, played a literature to promotethe important role of the national development and national quality, thus potentiallyimprove the position of literature, has drawn great attention of the people in literature.And modern society, the massive influx of foreign cultural home, has a certain impacton the traditional Chinese culture, therefore, liang qichao the idea for today is alsohave certain reference significance. Independent reading ability,cultivate emotion,setting of literature learning activities,reading and writing four aspects mainly inspired from liang qichao’s literary thought in late, his literary ideas not only at thetime seemed very forward-looking significance, but also to today is of certain guidingsignificance.
