On The Impressionism Of New Impressionism And The Influence On Graduation Creation

New impressionism,also known as pointillism,were held in 1886 in Paris, France last impressionist style of painting exhibition.Closely watched in the exhibition is Seurat and Signac’s paintings, including Seurat’s creation of “the island of Sunday afternoon” in the exhibition got the consistent approval and high opinion. His painting style by art critics in December in a magazine for the first time, use the word "new impressionism", the new impressionist produced. Actually the new impressionism has activity around 1880, Seurat also use this technique before painting over a lot of work,just didn’t attend the exhibition, while his painting of “the island on Sunday afternoon ”as divisionism painter hall most outstanding works on the eighth exhibition, he has become the absolute leader in this style, the rest of his representative works clude “baathers at Asnières”,“female model”,“the circus”and“young woman powdering herself” and so on. Another representative of the new impressionistwest is Signac, his written monographs "from Draco ROM to new impressionism" used himself and Seurat’s theory, this book made Seurat prove his accomplishment in the theory, his representative works include “the voyage of SAINT TROPEZ’s port”, “the entrance to the port of Marseilles”,“the harmonious time”,“the dining rooms” and "the port of ST.Topez" and so on. At the same time, Seurat and Signac’s theory also influence a large number senior impressionist painters and young artist painters, including Camille Pissarro and Picasso. I also deeply attracted by divisionism, the creation of the “point” but can small, can change as the shape of the object, also because of different shape and texture brushes can produce different dot stroke, on colour can use high purity and tall lightness color boldly, give full play to the unity of opposites of contrasting colors, make the picture color is not drab.Although new impressionist paintings have their own unique and state, but it also has the obvious flaws, it out of the objective nature, into a subjective and conceptualization, it make the picture is too rigid because it out of the nature, thepaintings bacome the illustrationis and not have feelings. So I combied Pissarro’s “the trees” and Klimt’s “the sunflowers ” when I created the painting, I give full play to the good aspect of the divisionism and avoid the complanation of picture.
