A Study On The Pitch And Sound Of The Flute In The Band

In addition to the interpretation of compositions and techniques when playing flute in a symphony orchestra, as a flute player for many years, the most common problem I came across is the accuracy of pitch as well as the range and timbre in an ensemble.Through several years of professional study and rehearsals, I have accumulated some experience in dealing with the pitch.This thesis aims to describe the structure of a flute and its influence on sound effect in objective circumstances, auditory training, the pitch characteristics of each instrument in an orchestra, the pitch practice of flute and relevant solutions.
