In the 1960s, along with the increasingly serious ecological crisis and survival crisis, which realized by human day by day, ecological trend was more and more spectacular, especially the ecological criticism. Since the 1970s, ecological criticism has continue to develop and became the distinguished theory in the field of literary study in the 1990s. More and more writers begin to pay close attention to ecological problems and began to ecological literature’s creation. Chinghiz Torekulowitsch Aytmatov was the famous Kyrgyzstan writer of Russian-Soviet literature history in the 20th century, which enjoy high reputation in the literary world. It caught nationwide attention, when his representative works "White Ship" was published in 1970, which was called the "ecological early warning literature" and "ecological apocalypse literature". This article mainly from the following four aspects to analyze the ecological thought contained in the "White Steamboat". At First is the writer’s unique ecological perspective, including the character set, and the story structure.Secondly is dialectic viewing the relationship of the human and environment from a more comprehensive point. Thirdly is the ecological aesthetics of the novel. At last is ecological thinking which the novel bring to us. So this article complete analyze the novel from the structure to the content and the art method to philosophical thought, in order to let the reader know how the writer to put the ecological thought and the ultimate concern to human in this novel using his excellent ability of text.
