The performance of sports majors students, is not only affected by individual fitness, motor skills and other factors, also affected by individual cognition, emotion, personality and other psychological factors. Among of them, personality of self-construal, achievement motivation and attribution are the very critical constraints factors.Based on the existing literature research, this research takes the psychological measurement method, the relationship between the structure of the self-concept, achievement motivation, attribution and different sports scores are discussed, and then explore the mechanism between them, the research has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on systematically reviewing the related literature, the research puts forward the research assumption and its effect on College PE majors in different sports achievement three elements which are the self-concept, achievement motivation, attribution and their respective dimensions, and constructs the theoretical model of this research. Then on this basis, using the existing psychological measurement table and questionnaire, collect relevant data, and using statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS for processing and statistical analysis of data. The research mainly obtains the following results and conclusions:1, each dimension the self-structure has a significant impact on the different sports achievement. Specifically, there is a significant positive role of individual project performance and independent self and other factors, while interdependent self and its various dimensions have significant negative effect. Group project with the interdependent-self and its dimensions have significant positive influence, while there has significant negative effect with the independent-self.2, sports items differ, then the athlete’s achievement motivation is also obviously different; In another words,, athletes showed significant differences in achievement motivation in different sports. For the individual project, players’motivation of pursuing success than their motivation of avoiding failure; while for the team project, the athlete’s motivation to avoid failure is higher than that of the motivation of pursuing success. From the tendency of achievement motivation, individual athletes pursue success motivation level is significantly higher than the group of athletes pursue success motivation level of individual athletes; the motivation of avoiding failure level was lower than those of group of athletes to avoid failure motivation level. Namely, individual project athletes tend to pursue success, and the group of athletes showed a tendency to avoid the failure of the.3, there is significant difference when athletes attribution facing different situations. Specifically, athletes in the context of success are more inclined to internal individual ability, individual effort attribution, and players are inclined to think that its results achieved long-term validity and stability with; but in the failure scenario, players tend to task difficulty, luck and other external attribution, and athletes tend to get that this result with short-term and temporary. Overall, in the context of success, attribution athletes tend to internal, controllable, stable, this is essentially the athlete’s self-affirmation, think that their success is the result of long-term efforts rather than their windfall, it has a positive role in promoting the athletes; but in the failure condition, the attribution of athletes tend to external, uncontrollable and unstable, the essence is the self-protect athletes from external factors, seeking to explain the reasons for their failure to produce a negative, in the long run is not conducive to the healthy development of athletes.4, self-construal, achievement motivation and attribution of common effects on different sports there are differences. Achievement motivation, whether for individual project or group projects, both have a significant positive effect, self-construal of individualism and egoism although is conducive to individual projects but is not conducive to the group project, attribution of personal ability and task difficulty on group projects also has adverse effects.The results of these studies not only can help to formulate effective strategies for the education and training of athletes in training process, promote the healthy development of the athletes themselves have a positive effect, but also it is helpful for our country in the aspect of empirical research on the athletes’ psychological factors provide important reference and research results support.
