Test mental is the mental activity that text takers safeguard their own health in the examination process by keeping pace with the requirements of the exam environment, participation, controlling themselves and completing the examination. Nowadays, the educational system is the combination of exam-oriented education and quality education. High marks is a standards of the knowledge and ability, but also a measurement of psychological qualities.There is no effective model of consulting to follow, although the work of maintaining students’ mental healthy relied on counselors. The purpose of this study was to analysis the cases of middle school students who has psychological problems in testing. The study aimed getting a structural model of individual counseling of the to middle school students and helping them study well.There are 12 classical cases and 18 interviews were analyzed. There are 4 Parts of the study. Firstly, these cases were analyzed directly to get the basic technologies and treatment methods of consultant and described the differences of juniors and seniors, and the differences of basic technologies and treatment methods between student who was consulted just once and time after time. Secondly, using CQR to analysis all cases which is called compromise-oriented consultant to explore the theoretical model how to use, and describe the different between juniors and seniors, and the differences of theoretical model between student who was consulted just once and time after time. Thirdly, using method of subject extraction to described the differences of structure model between juniors and seniors, and the differences of structure model between student who was consulted just for once and time after time. Finally,analyzed factors of consultant of students who has test mental problems in middle school by case study.In this study, the following conclusions are:(1)The techniques of test mental problems consultant for juniors and seniors, using a type of technology(theme) on basically, but there is a differences on the frequency of the technical(subclass).There is a difference of treatment elements bases on the compromise-oriented therapy theory.(2)The techniques of test mental problems consultant for juniors are same nearly between for once and for times,but there is a difference of the frequency and treatment elements of the technical bases on the compromise-oriented therapy theory.(3)All of counseling theory models were used by the counselor to remedy the test anxiety of students,but there are differences in the elements of counseling theory between juniors and seniors..(4)All of counseling theory models were used by the counselor,but there are differences in the elements of counseling theory between counsel once and times.(5) There are no differences between juniors and seniors on the structural model of counseling.(6)There are some differences between counsel once and times on the structural model of counseling.(7)The psychological problems in testing of individual consulting of elements include: Establish a personal link、Development alliance、Role office、Concise exchange、Follow the lead of the relationship、Forum link established、Do what you want、Emotional concerns.The innovativeness of the research on theory and method is that, in theory, we advanced structural patterns of individual counseling of the psychological problems in testing, theoretical model and the basic technology is re-encoded. We used multiple methods to analyze these cases from multiple views. We are focusing on analyzing the common sample and the special case, and combined the quantified and the qualitative. The psychological problems in testing were explored systematically.
