Muscle Memory In Viola Playing

The muscles of the human body is a memory effect, they will form a conditioned reflex after the same kind of action repeated several times, forming a muscle memory. The muscle memory effect also exist in viola playing. The dissertation analyses the main performance parts in viola playing-----hand and around, with the muscles of the hand and the surrounding structure and movement theory, combined with the content of the muscle memory. Then, it explains how to produce the correct performance of hand muscle memory, through to the viola strings playing skills in the hands, from three techniques, position, vibrato and string changing.
