Mental accounting refers to while making economic decisions of individuals and family, we encode, record, classify and evaluate cognitive process from sources of wealth and pay of mental perspective. Its most prominent feature is non-alternative,that the same value for the money from two ways is not the same. Previous researches focused on the psychological account of consumption and investment, fewer applications in the field of human resources management, generally focused on the perspective of the employee incentive money. However, according to recent studies suggest that the relationship between income levels and happiness inverted "U" shaped curve. Time as an important resource compared to money, but it is the relationship with the well-being of the few people concerned.According to the perspective of mental account, researched the same value of money and time rewards for satisfaction of corporate employee in different contexts.In two times pre-experiment, we had drawn twice various tier cities nationwide total of 232 employees, which use the methods of scenario simulation and interviews, to determine the cognitive label(conventional / accident) and emotional labels(positive/ negative) excitation successfully. In formal experiment, we had extracted various tier cities nationwide total of 223 employees, which use the methods of scenario simulation and questionnaires measuring, studied employees in cognitive label(conventional / accident) and emotional labels(positive / negative) under satisfaction of money and time incentives, the results as follows:(1) Under cognitive label, the satisfaction of money rewards was significantly higher than the satisfaction of time rewards in seniority group of 0 to 3 years. The satisfaction of time rewards was significantly higher than the satisfaction of money rewards in seniority group of 4 to 9,10 to 15, 16 above years;(2) The satisfaction of time and money rewards is affected by cognitive labels, the satisfaction of accident situations rewards was significantly higher than conventional situation;(3) The satisfaction of time and money rewards is affected by emotional labels, the satisfaction of positive emotion rewards was significantly higher than negative emotion;(4)The rewards of different cognitive and emotional labels was interactive, there was no difference under rewards of negative emotion. The conclusions as follows: More and more young employees are satisfied with the time rewards; The satisfaction of rewards under accident situation is higher than conventional situation, the satisfaction of rewards under positive emotion ishigher than negative emotion, but the satisfaction of rewards under negative emotion is no non-alternative.
