| On the basis of researches on adolescents’ affective quality and youths’ affective quality,the study is aimed at exploring hope deeply. Hope is a kind of life feeling that fill with the positive anticipation to the future. Training and development of college students’ hope will have a positive impact on college students’ physical and mental health, academic achievement and other aspects.The methods of literature, open questionnaire surveys method and structured interviews were adapted in this study to compile college students’ hope questionnaire which was used to investigate the current situation of college’ hope level and it’s differences in sex,grade,origin and whether be a only-child.Next,we conducted a behavior experiment to explore hope’s influence on creative thinking trying to verify that hope can facilitate creative thinking.We further probe into the influence mechanism of hope on creative thinking with ERP Technical.Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The questionnaire about college students’ hope has highly reliability and validity. The scale consists of 19 items which belong to four dimensions, namely the positive expectations, active engagement, positive experience and positive coping.(2)Generally, college students’ hope belongs to superior middling level, but it needs improving.(3)College studengts’ hope doesn’t show difference in grade,origin and whether be only-child except in sex.Specifically, female students’ hope level significantly higher than male students.(4)Creative thinking doesn’t show significant difference in sex and academic achievement.(5)There exist significant difference in creative thinking among three groups of hope,desire and control.Concretely,the hope group’s achievement on creative thinking was significantly higher than desire hope and control group,desire hope’s scores on creative thinking was significantly lower than control group.(6)There also exist significant differences in creative thinking and its sub-items among subjects who reported notably different hope level.Scores on creative thinking and its sub-items of those subjects who reported hopeful significantly higher than those who reported despairing and those whose hope emotion were not aroused. Scores on creative thinking and its sub-items of those subjects who reported despairing were significantly and those whose hope emotion were not aroused.(7)Hope itself has no relationship with creative thinking,but hope emotion that be aroused can motivate and facilitate creative thinking.(8)Subjects’ remote association task performance has significantly improved after their hope emotion be evoked.Furthermore, EEG data analysis showed that individuals whose hope emotions are evoked, N1 and P300 amplitude are greater. |
