Language has the characteristics of accurate as well as fuzziness. The accurate classification of static verbs and dynamic verbs has been arousing much attention of philosophers and linguists, but it is also important to study the fuzziness of static verbs and dynamic verbs. After the conclusion of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on fuzzy phenomena, the paper definite the fuzziness in this paper. It is the first time to have a study on the combination of static verbs and dynamic verbs with fuzziness and to explain this fuzziness from the perspective of cognitive linguistics, which aims to reveal the real reason of the fuzziness. The classification of static verbs and dynamic verbs is the result of categorization of the verbs. The categorization of static verbs and dynamic verbs can be divided into two stages: The formation of the basic category of semantics and the transformation of the semantics category, during which the fuzziness of static and dynamic verbs are produced. The basic category of semantics is the prototype category which takes the "typical members" as the center, and the boundary of the category is fuzzy. The transformation of semantic category is based on association, which promotes the transformation of original semantic category and the formation of new category by means of metaphor and metonymy. The fuzziness of the static and dynamic verbs is restricted by some factors. Such as the speaker’s different observations on verbs from tense, whether to add the frequency adverbs or not, negative sentences, all these factors will affect the fuzziness of the static and dynamic verbs.
