Subjective well-being is an evaluation based on their own value system, based on the subjective judgment standard, the overall evaluation of their living environment and quality of life. From the middle and late 1990s, teachers’subjective well-being has been concerned by the researchers. Concerned about the promotion of teachers’ subjective well-being, not only contribute to the construction of the teaching staff, improve the quality of teachers, but also conducive to improving the quality of education, and thus promote the development of the whole society.This study randomly selected 276 city primary and secondary school teachers in Changzhou of Jiangsu Province as the research object, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), General Well-Being Schedule, (GWB) questionnaire survey was carried out on the subjects groups, and using SPSS 21.0 software to study the city primary and secondary school teachers job burnout status, mental flexibility, subjective well-being and the differences of demographic variables. At the same time using AMOS 19.0 constructs the structural equation model of the three relationships, explore the correlation between three and the role of the path between them.The analysis results are as follows:(1) teachers in urban primary and secondary schools have the phenomenon of job burnout, and the main performance in the emotional and emotional reactions caused by work stress. Among them, the male teachers burnout levels higher than female, married teachers are higher than the unmarried, age in 30-39 years of teachers is higher than in 20-29 years and 40-49 year of teachers, seniority teachers in 10 years was significantly higher than that of seniority in the 11-15 years and 16-20 years of teachers.(2) the level of psychological resilience of teachers in urban primary and secondary schools is higher than the national norm. Among them, as the resilience of teacher in charge of urban primary and secondary school is higher than that of the non head teachers, to teach politics, history and geography of the primary and secondary school teachers is higher than the teachers of other subjects.(3) the subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers at a high level, and was significantly higher than the national norm. Among them, the male teachers’ subjective happiness sense was significantly lower than that of female teachers, age in 40-49 years teachers’ subjective happiness sense is higher than teachers in the 30-39 age, seniority in the 16-20 year teachers scored higher than other age groups.(4) there was a significant correlation between job burnout, psychological resilience and subjective well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in the city. There was a negative correlation between job burnout and psychological resilience, psychological resilience was positively correlated with subjective well-being, and job burnout was negatively correlated with subjective well-being.(5) the urban primary and secondary school teachers’ job burnout has a direct negative predictive effect on subjective well-being, and the psychological resilience has a direct positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.(6) the urban primary and secondary school teachers’ job burnout has indirect effect on the subjective well-being through the psychological resilience, and the psychological resilience plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the job burnout, psychological resilience and subjective well-being.
