Study On learning style can truly realize the "student-centered" teaching. This paper selects the South Asian students and Korean overseas students in Yangzhou University as the object of the study, the main methods including questionnaire survey, interview and observation.By SPSS 20.0 to analysis the results of survey, The first part is to study the learning Chinese style overall tendency, respectively from the three aspects of physiological factors, psychological factors and social factors. The second part is about the six main types of Chinese learning styles. Difference analysis was conducted to analyze the differences caused by the four factors, including region, gender, age and the length of Chinese learning. The interview was to understand the authenticity of the survey results and the influencing factors of the learning style. The interview analysis includes the analysis of the overall tendency of the students’Chinese learning styles and the differences caused by the four factors:the area, gender, age and the length of Chinese learning. This paper also try to find the influencing factors, including the subjective factors and objective factors.The results suggest the six main types of Chinese learning styles:auditory and contemplative, sequence type, cooperation type and field dependent young students. South Korea and South Asian students have four differences. Secondly, oversea students have obvious gender difference. Also, the auditory type, sequence type and field dependent learning style have significant age differences. Finally, the effect of different time of learning Chinese has the obvious difference in sequence type and field dependent learning style.Six teaching strategies are proposed for Yangzhou University:teaching should stage, attention the cultivation of communicative competence, give play to the leading role of teachers, stimulate interest in learning Chinese, between different courses to with a reasonable and reflective teaching. |
