| Regional equity market as a basis outfield market is still in construction anddevelopment, the need for a study of this issue from the exchange market and theOTC market are two aspects to consider. Although China’s market maturity venuethan the OTC market, but in recent years, policy-oriented construction of the OTCmarket, so for attention in the OTC market continues to heat up. Regional equitymarket started early, slow development in the construction of the OTC market has notbeen taken seriously, in August2012, the Commission’s guidance, fish’s regionalequity securities of companies involved in the transaction market principles proposedrequirements. August8,2013, the State Council officially released the opinions ofregional equity trading market positioning was further clear. With the OTC marketgradually standardized, regional equity market will occupy part of a multi-levelcapital market, deserves more of our attention.In this paper, the special status of the regional equity trading in the OTC market,the market, from four levels of progressive regulatory framework outlines the regionalequity trading markets, the first comprehensive understanding of what is a regionalequity market, the core of this paper to make a conceptual interpretation, followed inorder to understand the regional equity trading market regulators must understand theOTC market regulatory model, I refer to comparative advantages and disadvantagesof several types of regulatory models, and then combined with the actual situation ofmulti-level capital market regulation and China’s securities market problems exist inthe market, and finally proposes regional equity market for China’s regulatory systemin regional equity trading market situation and predicament. |
