With the rapid development of China’s science and technology andproductivity, and the deepening of the socialist market economy, the foodbecomes more and more various, however, the food security problem accordinglybecomes more and more serious. To resolve food safety issues, we need not onlysound legal system as the basis, strict regulatory regime as a guarantee, butalso perfect moral education system as a guide. The food safety issue boils downto inspect the level of moral governance perspective, is the central argumentof this article. Food safety issues associated with ethics mainly in: Firstly,making sure everyone is fed, which is the most primitive life ethical problem.Secondly, people need to pass the quality of food. But now China’s socialistmarket economic order.If we can get better return sin the economy, people tendto ignore a series of moral principles and ethics.This creates a conflict withthe interest moral dilemma. This paper analyzes the moral failure of food safetyissues from an ethical governance of view, analyzes the cause of food safetyissues and moral condition, to explore the ethical governance path to solve ourfood safety issues.The article is divided into five parts: First one is its introduction,elaborating the topic sources, research purpose and research significance,generalizing research status, and introducing research methods, ideas andcreativity. Second one is Part Two: firstly, defining the meaning andsignificance of ethical governance; secondly, elaborating the relationshipbetween ethics and food safety issues. Third one is Part Three: Analyzesphenomenon of food security "moral anomie", exposes the food safety issues in the ethics issue. Fourth one is Part Four, puts forward the way of using ethicsto resolve food safety issues, taking the ethical and moral principles as thetheoretical basis, mainly including restricting food safety by the use ofhumanitarian, justice, conscience, honesty and trustworthiness of ethicalprinciples. At the same time, the government should intensify supervision;consumers have to have safety awareness and rights protecting awareness in orderto curb the occurrence of the moral anomie in food safety. Thus, to fully enhancecitizens’ ethical level, especially the level of corporate ethics, establisha good social atmosphere, and form soft constraints of food safety issues bythe power of ethics and ethical norms. Fifth one is Part Five, giving a moralmethod to solve food security problems.
