China 's Social Organization Management System Change From The Perspective Of Modern State Construction

The reform and opening-up policy had been adopted for more than thirtyyears,the Chinese society have had the earth-shaking chang.The Chang of totalenvironment led to the fast-growing social organizations,most of them were involvedactively in the social public affairs.On the other hand,rulers has created a set ofsupervision system to regulate these numerous independent force.Since thefounding of new China,governance mechanism of social organizations is still in theprocess of transformation after several changs.What are the reasons that make our management system of social organizationsbecome indefinite form for a long time after many twists and turns?This researchtries to put forward a theory hypothesis: The path selection to the construction ofmodern state dominates the real forms of the relationship between state and society,and the structure of the relationship between state and society predetermines thedevelopment direction of management system of social organizations. In short, thevery fact of the several changes of the path selection to the construction of modernstate led to the constant transformation of governance mechanism of socialorganizations. Therefore, this paper will make a full range of study for the changes inthe Chinese management system of social organizations from the perspective of theconstruction of modern state.
