A Study On The System Construction Of The Grassroot Organizations Directly Under The Ministry Of Civilization In Yunnan Province

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is China’s unique political system. With the construction of political civilization in China to promote coexistence, and the Communist Party, as Chinese long-term mutual supervision, be in perfect sympathy with each other, and sharing weal and woe to the democratic parties, the role of historical responsibility and the political participation function bear has been paid more and more attention and concern. The democratic parties must adapt the time development request, must continue to strengthen self construction, improve the overall quality and comprehensive ability, effectively play the function of the political party shall be.Grassroots organization of democratic parties are the Democratic Party organization cell, is the foundation of democratic parties to carry out their work platform construction and perform the functions. Organizations at the grass-roots level is strong or not, related to the Democratic Party is strong or not. At present, the primary organizational construction of the democratic parties are generally very weak, and can’t meet a political party organizations at the grass-roots level requirements, also from the gap between the Democratic Party organization requirements. Strengthen the building of grassroots organizations become a difficult work to solve various democratic parties, the democratic parties from the central to local governments are actively exploring effective measures and methods to strengthen basic level to organize construction. In this paper, taking Yunnan province directly under the grass-roots organizations as the research object, to explore strengthening Yunnan province directly under the basic level organization construction and management through the system construction. According to the Yunnan province directly under the grass-roots organization present situation and existing problems of description and analysis, using the theory of constructing the party system, highlight the strengthening system construction aim and importance by introducing the main content; carry out system construction of Party branch, summarized the Yunnan province directly under the grass-roots organization of people leather principle and experience of system construction; and Yunnan Province, to explore the grass-roots organizations to strengthen the system construction of the specific content and measures.
