With the rapid development of the current urbanization and industrialization of China, it hasbeen an inevitable trend that the labor force transfer from rural to urban. As an important part ofthe rural labor force, the scale and speed of the female rural labor force’s transfer is far behindof the overall transfer of the labor force,which will affect the stability of our society and theconstruction of harmonious society.It has been an urgent problem about how to promote thetransfer of female rural labor force.As a province with big number of popular and economicalscale, the transfer of the entire rural labor force and the female rural labor force of ShandongProvince is far behind of the national’s average level.So in this article I use Shandong Provinceas an example to study the transfer of the female rural labor force to be more targeting andspecific, and in order to analyze the transfer of the female rural labor force from various aspect, Ilead some sociology thinking such as the Confucian doctrine and patriarchy into my article.Based on the theory of the labor force transfer and the social gender theory and the humancapital theory, this article analyze the background of the transfer of Shandong’s female rurallabor force from three aspects: the shrinking space of agricultural employment, the bigdifference between urban and rural areas and the need to build the socialist harmonious society.By analyzing the data from referring to the “National statistical Yearbook” and “ShandongProvincial statistical Yearbook”, this article analyze the current situation of the female rural laborforce and find the problems during the transfer process such as the lack of efficient employmentinformation platform.Then analyze the factors which influence the transfer of female rural laborforce from five aspects:their self-factors, family factors,the situation of economicdevelopment,the conceptual factors and the institutional factors. Lastly propose correspondingsolutions depending on the influencing factors to promote the transfer of the female rural laborforce: do well the educating and training job to improve their quality and skills;do well theservice and guidance of the transfer,broaden its transfer channels; create social conditions whichis good for the transfer of the female rural labor force.
