Crime of fraud in Financing is emerging with the development of social and economic, has great effect on the stability of financial order in our country, and violates the ownership of public and private property. The process of recognition of the crime of fraud in financing, the biggest problem is the subjective aspect of this crime, especially the cognizance of the purpose of illegal possession."Wu Ying Case" highlights this problem.
