A Study On The Decision - Making Mechanism Of Local Government Decision - Making

To seek accountability for the decision fault of regional government is not only the important component of countable regional government, but also one of the indispensable means that would be the check on the decision making rights of regional government. With the development of political system reform,regional government decision-making accountability has received more attention. It is definitely worth that the exploration and practice of the accountability mechanisms.However, there are several constraints which greatly weakened the effect of accountability,for example,the passiveness of accountability and the evasion of responsibility.In this article, according to the method of "finding the problem, analyzing it, and solving it", author uses five parts to carry on the elaboration:The first part is the introduction part, which introduces the background and significance of the topics,the current state of research and the train of thought,and the main research methods and innovation;The second part mainly introduces the basic theory and historical evolution of the accountability; the third part analyses the reasons of the present situation and existing problems in the regional government accountability in our country;and the fourth part analyzes the reasons caused the problem of the regional government accountability,including the power lack of subjects,the failure in the restriction of power, the lack of the operating platform of accountability and the process of accountability; The fifth part proposes the related countermeasures in accordance.
