Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Communication Of Ideological And Political Education

The ideological and political education activities are the behavior of the process, including educators, educatee, education objectives, education content, education methods, and education environment. And it is an activity, which is to cultivate educatees, the educators and educatees are complete lives, and the relationship between them should be ideological and emotional equality. Nowadays, the ideological and political education content is the rational knowledge, far away from our colorful life; Ideological and political education methods pay more attention to the mechanical methods; Ideological and political education purpose is alienated; the relation between ideological and political education is abstract, all these above is the phenomenon of lack of ideological and political education communication, and it is also the key of the weakening effect of the ideological and political education.To resolve the barriers is a prerequisite for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and it is also an important topic which our ideological and political education work must pay attention to. Communication is the lubricant to improve the relationship between the educators and educatees, and it is an effective means to attain the goal of ideological and political education. Besides, it is the solid foundation of ideological and political education. This paper starts from the basic concepts of communication, analyzing the phenomenon that lack of ideological and political education communication, and finally, it is focus on improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. In this paper, I use comparison method and system method to research the problems and solving strategy of ideological and political education and I elaborate the specific path of communication from the ideological and political educators, educated, education content and education situation of these four aspects, in order to make slight contributions to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education.
