| Judging from the living area, individual law mastery or writings, Wang Huizu is by no means the best individual case for exploring legal thoughts of basic judicial members in fedual period. this paper aims primarily to grasp his legal theory and, based on some classic cases during his political career, to summarise his legal thought according to the classification of modern law enforcement. the whole essay can be divided into three parts. the first part describes the life story of Wang hui zu and the historical background of the age he lived in and then analyse the historical background and social background that result in the legal thought of Wang huizu.The second part focuses on historical influence, limitation, and the important role it plays in building a socialist country ruled by law from the respectives of civil law,penal law and judicial procedure. |
