A Study On The Transformation Of Government Function In Heilongjiang Province

The administrative reform is an important part of thereform of the political system, the transformation of government functions is the coretask for the whole process of the reform of administrative system and runs throughChina’s reform and opening up and modernization construction, the significance, role,have great and far-reaching.
