High crime rates and varieties of crime methods are becoming a world-wide problem. Since1990s, the private enterprises achieve a great progress in China, which created more than a half wealth of Chinese GDP. However, even as an important part of socialist marketing economy, the private enterprises cannot get rid of high crime rates. Plenty of private enterprises have to find a new way to develop without a fair marketing subject status. Others are using illegal methods to seize high profits, which treat bribery as the necessary cost, and were sent into prison at last. Every time a private enterprise fallen is equal to a plenty of officers are arrested of corruption. The collusion between enterprises and officers affects the stable of society and Chinese marketing economy seriously. Why private enterprises are keen to bribery crime so deeply? Which side should we look down to solve this problem? How can we resolve the high bribery crime rates of private enterprises? The root of studying on private enterprises" bribery crime is to prevent from crime, and to find an answer of private enterprises" development.
