A Study On The Construction Of Service - Oriented Government Under The Idea Of ​​Governing For The People

Since entering21century, the CPC has regarded "ruling for the people" as their own governing idea and taken people’s fundamental interests as the starting ponit and foothold of all government work. Under the direction of that idea,Chinese government has greatly improved the way of governing and made outstanding achievements in the construction of people’s well-being through ten years practice. The idea of ruling for the people is closely connected with the idea of constructing service-oriented government, the level of which in turn affects the concrete implementation of the idea of ruling for people. After all,the construction of our nation’s service-centered government is the requirement of implementing the idea of ruling for the people. Since the new century,with the CPC gradually attaching importance to the building of our service-centered government, our government has achieved enjoyable achievements but there are still some prominent problems to be solved at current stage of construction. Not only will those problems severely block the process of constructing service-centered government but also influence realizing Chinese dream-the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, if these problems can’t be solved in a timely and effective way. Therefore, there is important practical significance on the discussion and analysis of problems existing at current stage in the construction of service-centered government and on proposing corresponding measures.Based on the dual requirements of the development of the theory and practice, this article applies relevant principles of Marxism sinicization research and starts with the scientific connotation and dialectical relationship of the ideas of ruling for people and constructing service-centered government, guided by the Marx thought, Mao Zedong Thought, the theory of Deng, and the important thought of "the three Representatives", and scientific development view and based on the significant discussion in the18th Party report about ruling for the people and the construction of service-centered government. On the basis mentioned above, the current situation of constructing service-centered government is analyzed, including the main achievements and prominent problems existing in the process. Additionally, reasons resulted by those problems are emphatically analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the further reference to others’ research achievement, countermeasure suggestions are proposed on constructing service-centered government.
