Analysis On The Necessity And Feasibility Of Establishing Public Defender System In China

Despite it was established nearly a century ago, the system of public defenders for the moment is still a new concept in China. In the course of the pilot, still raises many questions in the justice community and the public. Necessity and feasibility of the establishment of the system of public defenders of this article made a brief analysis, in order to make everyone understand the importance of the system of public defenders. Paper first briefly introduced the concept of the system of public defenders and origins, followed by an analysis of the current status of the legal aid, the need to lead public defender system. And then through the theories, realities and experiences in feasibility demonstration effect on the system of public defenders. Final design made the prospect of this system.In the article, public defenders and legal aid system a more detailed comparison, make the concept more clearly of the public defender.
