A large number of Corruption exit in countries around the world and become a worldwide problem, one of the main reason is that the construction of government system have not been established soundly, enforced and supervisied. The prevention of corruption is more important than investigation of the corruption. The prevention of corruption need institution garrantee. To build a clean government’s risk warning system. Prevention mechanism is more effective than investigation mechanism. So to strengthen government power internal control mechanism for in view of the behaviors of governments at all levels and all staff to supervise, performance evaluation, design and implementation of the corresponding incentive mechanism, it’s promoting the realistic need, which the government departments cultivate clean government of our country. All in all, how to build internal control mechanism in the operation of government power, ensure that power operation specification, is a very effectively in preventing corruption important topic. This article is going to study the internal control mechanism construction of the government power operation.This paper consists of three parts:introduction, body, conclusion.
