Anti-monopoly law developed in18th century, along with the booming of marketing economy. While in China, Anti-monopoly law was set forth in2008, and it’s to be identified as new-developed department law. However, considering that anti-monopoly law occupies quite important portion under economy law area and plays significant role for the country-wise operation and daily life as well, it’s worthwhile to dive deep and look into details of this subject. On the other hand, CONCENTRATION is the essential of anti-monopoly law and its examination criterion shall be the most important factors to measure whether or not to regulate individual case, therefore, CONCENTRATION is supposed to be fully valued.This dissertation firstly explains the definition of CONCENTRATION, and explores its scope, inclusion and sorts of behaviors, and on the side, demonstrates the necessity to develop the examination on CONCENTRATION.In the second place, the dissertation reviews legislative development and specific regulations on CONCENTRATION, and makes preliminary analysis, based on case study, on the pros and cons of CONCENTRATION in terms of legislation and enforcement. And then concludes the shortcomings of examination on CONCENTRATION, through the comparison on legislation and enforcement side between US/EU and China.For the sake of social value and actual meaning, the author raises out some advice to improve and perfect examination criterion on CONCENTRATION.
