There are few researches on self-tour in China contrary to that in foreign countries. For example,"Assumption of risks" and the policy of insurance have been brought into the foreign self-tour legal practice which is worth to be learned.The writing comprises of5chapters that mainly focus on the liabilities of the organizers and the right of claims of the victims in the self-tour disputes.The beginning is to illustrate the background of this paper, meaning and the innovations of the research.The first chapter:case study.
