A Study On The Problem Of Providing For The Aged In The Community

Population aging has become the trend of Chinese population development in the21st century. As the degree of aging is increasingly deepening, the pension problems of the aging population highlight and gradually become the pressure of the whole society.Family pension is in dominant position, but its care function is being challenged at the same time,.Otherwise,institutional care can only lightly partly solve the senior problems, community-based senior home care will become a new pension model.At present, through years of practice some cities has initially established a senior home care service system, and mainly by the government procurement of services, provide community-based services. Overall, service management, delivery, etc. in the senior home care are in continuous improvement and development stage.But the senior home care service is more emphasis on the theoretical discussion,and less on empirical research. The paper select the senior home care in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City to be the objest of study,combined with questionnaires and B community residents interview, to analysize deeply the current status quo of the senior home care, and to further explore the key factor constraints for the senior home care system to establish a scientific practice.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the need to study and research ideas and methods. The second chapter introduces the relevant theory and research on home care. Chapter III, is to analysize Jiangbei District, Ningbo, home care case analysis, through written questionnaires, interviews of the cases in-depth of the urban elderly home care service needs and the current status quo of home care community service, to further explore the key factors constraints of its development the. Chapter IV is senior home care practices at home and abroad Experience. The fifth chapter is in four chapters of case studies and learn from the experience at home and abroad on the basis of proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban home care community service. And the sixth part is to put forward the main conclusions of this study, and inadequacies.
