Study On Legal Regulation Of Agricultural Product Quality

As the most basic part of agriculture, agricultural products closely linked to people daily Life, its quality assurance is one of the important problems directly affect people’s lives. As a large agricultural country, with the development of our country’s economy, the quality of agricultural product has become the key factors that influenced the stability of the country economy continues to develop, its legal regulation has become standard key link in the process of agricultural products market. The Annual session of parliament in March 2014, government work report made important instructions on the development of agriculture in the new year, and agricultural product quality safety problem is still the most popular direction.For agricultural product quality specification need to be done from the system level continuously improve, and from the legal angle is an important choice of standard quality of agricultural products market in China at present stage. By selecting a certain agricultural products, this paper study about the present situation of the legal regulation, analyzing real problems, and then putting the research target on the agricultural law regulation problem. On the basis of integrating theory and practice, the current with legal norms markets for agricultural products mainly met two aspects obstacles, they encountered that the absence of the flow of the various aspects of legal responsibility main body, and related information channel is not smooth, so from a legal way to regulate markets for agricultural products, ensure the quality of agricultural products from the two aspects is needed. In this paper proposes that standardizing the market for agricultural products gradually must work along with lines. On the one hand, we can increase the illegal cost, enhance law-abiding consciousness to clear and strengthen the main body the legal responsibility of each link, on the other hand to ensure the quality of agricultural products and smooth information channels, we can build information platform of agricultural product quality, set up the competition of incentive and constraint mechanism, and crack down on false information maker and communicator way.
