The social security as a part of the basic public services, has the key significance to maintain the political development and social stability. The social insurance as the core part of the social security, cause it has the characteristics of large amount of funds and long operation cycle, has become an important institutional factors beneficial to the people’s livelihood of the relationship. The social insurance participants are the direct object of the social insurance, because they have the deepest feelings of the social insurance, so they have the right to comment. In addition, the social insurance units and individuals who comment the social insurance services as a bottom-up evaluation system, is a supplement to the top-down system. Studying on satisfaction evaluation of the social insurance participants, have a certain theoretical and practical significance.After commenting the related literature of public satisfaction at home and abroad, this paper based on the related theories, we design 22 indexes, and then we describe the selection of the investigation object and the actual process of investigation. And after getting the survey data, SPSS software is used to analyze the data. The methods used are frequency analysis、factor analysis、reliability analysis、vilidity analysis、cross analysis and regression analysis. We use these statistical analysis methods to analyze the basic situation of samples、 the satisfaction of the social insurance participants and the influence of factors, then on this basis, the calculation results are described and explained. Through the empirical analysis of the results, we will 22 indexes into 5 categories:the factor of service quality, the factor of public complaints, the factor of public expectations, the factor of basic service, the factor of public trust. Finally, according to the calculation results of survey data, we get some conclusions:the social insurance participants just know a little about the social insurance, the overall satisfaction evaluation has a low degree, the factor of public trust has a high degree, the factor of basic service、public complaints、service quality and public expectations both have a low degree, people of different identities have different evaluation. And according to the conclusions foreword and the related literature, we put forward some suggestions.
