Currently,the non-profit organizationgs are playing important role in transformation of government functiongs and meeting the diverse needs of the community.During developing,non-profit organizations show some deficiencies. In this paper, two factors theory, the non-profit organization employee satisfaction factors are divided into two parts, the hygiene factors and motivators. Healthy factors include working conditions, material rewards, personnel relations; hygiene factors are specific for growth and development, training, recognition and appreciation. Data collected through the questionnaire and interview methods, summed up the current status of non-profit organizations in Xi’an employee satisfaction. Specifically:employee satisfaction is not high, most of the staff think "satisfactory" or "just so so" on their work. Application of employee satisfaction surveys in non-profit organizations are not wide, most of the non-profit organization employees are not conducted employee satisfaction surveys. But understanding employee satisfaction is very necessary, between relationship satisfaction and employee turnover, positively correlated with productivity, can promote tissue growth. Too high or too low employee satisfaction is not conducive to the development of the organization, maintaining at a high level of employee satisfaction is the ideal state. On the current situation,non-profit organizations improving employee satisfaction is very necessary. Combined with the findings, we propose some measures for non-profit organizations to enhance employee satisfaction, mainly divided into three aspects:integrity measures, hygiene measures, incentives measures.
